PolyDesign/AVBCO Shutters offers a complete line of shutter machinery and equipment. Many years ago we decided that it was a necessary step in our program to begin manufacturing our own equipment for our fabricators. This enabled us to create machines that were specifically suited for the PolyDesign shutter program. We needed machines that were first and efficient to take our program to the level of speed that we envisioned it to have…hence our own line of machinery that packed the punch we needed to make the fastest shutter on the market.

All of our machinery comes with commercial on/off switched which will turn your dust collector on with the machine. We also include regulators and filters on all air inlets. Our designs employ over engineering in the many cases such as over sized motors and cylinders to extend the life of the machine.
