A PolyDesign Fabricator is part of a select group of shutter fabricators that have met certain requirements for fabrication.

PolyDesign offers the most complete line of shutters and ALL USA shutter components in the country today. Our service and delivery are second to none. Since all our components are manufactured in the USA and NOT China we never run short of material for any length of time. Our inventories are constantly being replaced from domestic sources and we do not have to wait on a container from China. We make every effort to ensure your success. We have the most comprehensive program available.

PolyDesign can not only offer you components, we can offer a complete shutter fabrication shop from Louver Boring Machines to dust collectors and saw blades. We are the only component supplier that actually manufactures shutter fabrication machinery.

AVBCO/PolyDesign Shutters has spent an incredible amount of time and money to develop our own state-of-the-art software. This exclusive software package provides all of our fabricators with cut tickets as well as many other detailed features. This is just one way we keep our fabricators constantly updated and a step ahead of the competition!

Our Original and Amberwood shutter lines are the easiest and fastest shutter panels to assemble anywhere. Five employees should produce from 450’ to 600’ of panels per day or approximately 125 square feet of panels per person, per day. Compare that labor cost to the cost of wood shutters.
